Bring the whole tithe into the storehouse, that there may be food in my house. Test me in this,” says the Lord Almighty, “and see if I will not throw open the floodgates of heaven and pour out so much blessing that there will not be room enough to store it.

Where Your Donations Go

We know that in our world today, people like to know where their money is going to.  We all invest in things throughout our life and we believe that investing in God’s Kingdom and the Church is the best investment one can make.  When we invest, we want to know what we’re investing in.  Our official church year runs from June to May of the following year.  Here is a breakdown of how we used financial donations over the past year and what the upcoming budget for this year is:

2022-‘23 Total Expenses = $665,635

·      Local Ministries - $97,687

·      Operations/Facilities - $127,339

·      Missions/Benevolence - $97,921

·      Staff - $332,888 (4 full time and 6 part time employees)

2023-‘24 Expected Budget = $704,745

·      Local Ministries - $103,873

·      Operations/Facilities - $131,150

·      Missions/Benevolence - $95,457

·      Staff - $374,265 (4 full time and 6 part time employees)

Why Giving Matters

We believe that God is clear in His word that He desires His people to be a generous and giving people.  We believe that all that we have has been given to us by God and we are called to be good stewards of what He has given us.  In Matthew 6:19-24, Jesus teaches on heavenly treasure vs. earthly treasure and that “where your treasure is, there your heart will be also.”  We believe that when we give generously to God and His Church, it helps keep God first in our lives while also meeting needs in the Church and our community.  In addition to this, giving our resources teaches us reliance on God for His provision in our lives.  Our faith is in God and not in our money.
